Call Him AJ: I Am Not A Lawyer

Welcome to this edition of I Am Not A Lawyer, the Courtroom5 podcast. Joining us is “AJ”, a Courtroom5 member whose name we are protecting from the prying ears of opposing counsel in his litigation. AJ is battling a condominium association that wants to use his property as a trashcan. They sued him four years ago for violating an easement. I don’t think they expected him to put up such a fight.
